QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree (above in Communication or Language related field),
  • 2-3 years of work experience preferably in a similar position (customer support, export operastions, etc.),
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices,
  • Advanced computer knowledge and knowledge of MS Office applications ( Word, Excel & Outlook ),
  • Excellend command of both written and spoken in English, second language is prefered,
  • Verbal and written communication skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools,
  • Process prepress daily jobs with customers by interacting with internal departments,
  • Record and follow PODs (Proof of deliveries)which are needed to support invoicing,
  • Process orders placed by customers to supply locally or overseas from point of order receipt through to invoicing,
  • Organize and follow shipment processes,
  • Record and resolve any customer invoice inqueries,
  • File all customer orders,
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents,
  • Update customer information in various databases,
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies and process new projects and innovations with customers and sales,
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and act as the company gatekeeper.
