GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from related departments of the universities,
Fluency in both written and spoken English,
Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
ERP system experience is an asset,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong and long-term customer relationships,
Analytical thinking, result-oriented, enthusiastic, problem solving, customer orientation skills,
Self-motivated, positive, energetic and eager to learn continuously,
Experience in labelling and packaging industry is an asset.
JOB DESCRIPTION
‘’Order management process” for customers; collecting orders, planning and dispatching,
Use an ERP system to track questions and answers as well as enter and track the status of orders,
Handling the communication traffic such as e-mail, telephone etc. with the customers,
Providing timely, accurate responses to customers,
Coordinating internal processes according to customer expectations (planning, purchasing, logistic),
Developing projects to increase customer satisfaction via involving related internal processes and/or third parties,
Prepare periodical and statistical reports for management review.
