QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are in an exponential international growth phase and looking for "Customer Success Associates" who will be responsible for customer success activities and manage customer relations. Things you will be doing:

  • Define and execute strategies and plans for the Key Accounts in line with business requirements and customer’s vision
  • Constantly probing customers to better profile their needs and trends to make profitable revenue gains
  • Be a consultant to customers, providing high-level explanations on solutions based on continuous learning and solid technical knowledge
  • Present Genomize products and support services appropriately and effectively, being able to develop and deliver product demonstrations
  • Position the benefits of products and service solutions to enhance margins and minimize price erosion
  • Facilitate problem-solving solutions for customers by assuring cross-functional coordination, building solid long-term relationships against competitive threats
  • Design a structured Business Plan focused on value generation for existing and new customers
  • Regularly perform business analysis focused on the continuous improvement of sales processes and results
  • Ensure that financial and administration processes are managed successfully with a key focus on communication and customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate with all teams (Customer Support, Marketing, Product Development, Bioinformatics, etc.) in a positive and collaborative environment with the common goals of Genomize’s growth combined with customer and employee satisfaction
  • Participate in domestic and international scientific conventions and meetings
  • Manage his/her time effectively, spending quality time in front of the customer base to maximize revenue-generating activities

    We think you would be happier with us if you have the following qualifications:

    • BSc degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics or related fields. Higher degrees (masters, doctorate) are preferred but not mandatory.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
    • Fluent in English
    • Good command of genetics, or willing and able to learn advanced human genetics
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Able to use office suite software at a high level
    • Preferably has bioinformatics knowledge, but not mandatory
    • Love traveling domestically and abroad (position requires 30-50% mobility)
