QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
CUSTOMER TECHNİCAL SUPPORT ENGİNEER
As LION PACKAGING INC, we are looking for colleagues to work as customer technical support engineers with the following qualifications for our organization, which is developing with its dynamic, pioneering and innovative structure in the sector it is in.
· Bachelor’s degree in Machine Engineering departments of universities
· Having at least 2 years of experience in technical support for customers
· Excellent command of English
· No obstacle to travel
· Solving customer complaints in a prompt and practical way
· Record customer complaints, requests, needs and solutions.
· Ensure the customer requests and needs are met in coordination with the relevant departments
· Evaluate customer complaints, analyse root causes, and promptly initiate and follow corrective actions in the relevant departments
· Inform customers about solutions to complaints.
