We are looking for Customs Systems Specialist for our location in Tuzla, İstanbul.
By working on the existing customs systems of Yazaki; joint lean will establish Yazaki customs systems on locations and will support their integration in SAP transitions. By making analyzes on the obtained customs report systems, Yazaki will prepare the customs report data system.
What You’ll Do
- To assure the fulfilment of the mission, respecting the values as expression of the culture of the Company, guaranteeing the assimilation and the unfolding of the absolute principles of excellence
- With Power BI Report Server, to stages of creating, authorizing and testing sql-connected live reports in-house.
- Ensuring data security by managing customs report data, maintaining data integrity, accuracy and up-to-dateness, preparing necessary instructions for data entry persons and training them when necessary.
- By being integrated with the tables in the ERP program and its connection with the data, create reports in Power BI and excel environment, prepare and convey to the users in line with their needs.
- Managing and communicate with local SAP & IT companies and consultants located in different countries in order to cooparate SAP Project implementations process // SAP Roll-Out customs System Projects
Required Qualifications of Ideal Candidate
- Strong time management skills with setting the right priorities
- Strong usage of MS Excel, MS Access, SAP seeking to compliantly manipulate data, develop of queries and macros to efficiently review and assess compliance activities
- Business fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
- 3-6 years of working experience in the field of transportation, import & export in a logistic environment, ideally in the automotive sector, or in a global trade compliance consulting company
- Team working ability, planning, prioritising and organization skills are required competencies
