QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our operations in Antalya and Fethiye, DCT Klinik & DCT Klinik II, are seeking additional team members to join the Patient Coordinator team. Responsibilities include:

  • Conversing with patients face to face regarding their needs and treatment options
  • Act as the first point of contact for all patient queries within theClinic environs
  • Providing assistance and support to patients as needed
  • Assist patients on their journey through the consultation process and ensure all enquiries are handled accurately and quickly
  • Establish a caring yet professional relationship with each patient
  • Ensuring ease of communication between patients and the relevantClinicpersonnel
  • Prepare patient documentation accurately and ensure all documentationis explained clearly and is understood
  • Coordinating scheduled patient appointments and transfers
  • Answering patient questions and alleviating patient concerns
  • Communicating closely with Contact Centre personnel to ensure consistency in patient communications
  • Support and disseminate patient requests and enquiries by liaising with different departments and personnel
  • Account for all aspects of patient care, including but not limited to communication, service quality, safety and documentation
  • Actively listen and address potential issues, escalating to the Clinic Operations Team Leader where necessary
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
  • Expect and react promptly to patients and guest requirements and enquiries
  • Ensuring the treatment rooms are always kept to the requisite standards and reporting any issues of cleanliness or hygiene to the Clinic Operations Team Leader
  • Maintain an open line of communication with patients, ensuring high levels of service and communication
  • Actively listen and address potential issues, escalating to the Clinic Operations Team Leader where necessary
  • Maintain the highest standard of service to patients in accordance with company policies
  • Demonstrate a high degree of emotional management particularly in stressful situation
