REQUIREMENT LIST
- Minimum bachelor's degree in related fields, (preferably in an Engineering field)
- At least 2 years of experience in Retail, FMCG or Food Sectors in areas such as sales forecasting
- Strong problem solving and result oriented,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
RECIPE OF THE JOB
- Prepare a forecast base by understanding past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities and analyzing sales and marketing data,
- Provide stock availablity at optimum level
- Place purchase orders on suppliers in accordance with schedule,
- Optimize and tracking by stock transfer between warehouses and store if necessary.
- To be proactive during any change in market
- Tracking shrinkage and return to suppliers processes if the goods lost sales property because of any reason.
- Any problem during demand planing process, collaborate with all related teams and take the necessary actions.
- Coordinate the relationship between head office, suppliers and stores in order to ensure all products are available on time.
- Prepare and conduct logistics planning to make sure the delivery process is on schedule,
- Prepare KPI reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis,
- Work closely with all related teams
- Communicate with the suppliers and visit the stores regularly.
