REQUIREMENT LIST

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in related fields, (preferably in an Engineering field)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Retail, FMCG or Food Sectors in areas such as sales forecasting
  • Strong problem solving and result oriented,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,


RECIPE OF THE JOB

  • Prepare a forecast base by understanding past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities and analyzing sales and marketing data,
  • Provide stock availablity at optimum level
  • Place purchase orders on suppliers in accordance with schedule,
  • Optimize and tracking by stock transfer between warehouses and store if necessary.
  • To be proactive during any change in market
  • Tracking shrinkage and return to suppliers processes if the goods lost sales property because of any reason.
  • Any problem during demand planing process, collaborate with all related teams and take the necessary actions.
  • Coordinate the relationship between head office, suppliers and stores in order to ensure all products are available on time.
  • Prepare and conduct logistics planning to make sure the delivery process is on schedule,
  • Prepare KPI reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis,
  • Work closely with all related teams
  • Communicate with the suppliers and visit the stores regularly.
