QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Fashion Design,
- A minimum experience of 6/7 years in all aspects of design and development of denim collections.
- Exceptional technical knowledge of laundry washing processes and fabric specs required.
- Good relationship with Turkish denim suppliers a benefit.
- Awareness of Costing needs to ensure development is in line with brand requirements.
- A strong proactive approach balanced with team leadership skills, team management experience preferred.
- The candidate should have strong communication skills, being able to present ideas clearly , to be able to work in a creative team environment.
- To be able to set and manage, under pressure, personal and team deadlines whilst possessing strong organization and planning skills.
- Having a strong affinity to the European denim market with an awareness of Global trends.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator a bonus.
- Strong command of the English language in both written and verbal to level C1.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Preferably living in European side of Istanbul.
- A candidate from a technical background as apposed to a creative background will also be considered.
