The position is based in Turkey but requires regular travel to Sofia, Bulgaria and the EU.

Role essentials:
Balanced mix of being operationally prompt and savvy, customer and business development focused, people and processes skilled. Main areas of impact:
• Workflows ownership including design and administration of processes and policies;
• Daily clinic operations and staff duties supervision;
• Support to customer attraction and retention activities, customer portfolio management;
• Liaison with government institutions, vendors and partners;
• Labour relationships supported by external partner;
• Regulatory compliance related to and not limited to safe work environment for patients and team members;
Compensation:

Success profile:
• Experienced in managing clinical operations;
• Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis;
• Able to support business value proposition through processes and policies;
• Approachable, friendly personality, creating lasting and productive business relationships inside and outside the Company;
• Understands customer focus as a key business driver;
• Acts promptly, solution seeker, resolves conflicts well, calm and rational under pressure;
• Capable of identifying operational risks and mitigating them effectively and efficiently;
• Excellent planning, task distribution, execution and follow up skills, result oriented;
• Communicates with impact, active listener;
• Proficient with Microsoft office;
• Language requirements: English in all modes (additional language proficiency is an advantage)
