Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· 1+ year of related work experience in a similar role,
· Preferably experience in IT sector,
· Excellent command of written and spoken English,
· Experience in delivering HR services to internal/external clients,
· Must have Strong interpersonal skills as well as organization and time management skills,
Must reside in Istanbul (Preferably Asian side)·
Job Description
· Working closely with HRBP and Recruiter for supporting internal communication and on boarding processes
· Participate to recruitment activities in terms of conducting resume and phone screens,
· Support departmental events like training, meetings or similar venues,
· Coordinate administrative team to ensure staff needs met on time.
· Take part and contribute for process improvement initiatives.
