QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Our group of companies, Prosim Kimya acting as a leading representation company in the field of industrial raw materials for over 20 years and Polimer Arge Plastik Sanayi ve Tic AS producing polyester resins under Reichhold license since 2017 , are leading raw material suppliers for powder coatings in the EMEA region.
We are seeking ‘’ Deputy Production Manager ’’ to take part in our expanding organization in our plant located in Kartepe-Kocaeli
Candidate ;
- Should have at least 5 years of work experience as a Production Engineer in polyester and polymerization field
- Bachelor’s degree is required in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must
- Ability to work with MS Office and ERP programmes at an advanced level
- Having worked with Quality Management Systems
- Experience in leading a team in production
- Work & Communicate independently with other Departments
- Perform managerial skills in terms of organization and reporting
- Residence in short distance to Kartepe or being able to relocate is preferred
