Production Senior Specialist
Job Description
- Organizing the necessary human resources and facility preparations to execute manufacturing programs
- Ensuring high quality, capacity and safe production
- Ensuring occupational health and safety via actions and regulations
- Carrying out production according to the defined standards of process and taking actions to improve the process
- Following technical deficits related to his/her responsibilities and ensuring their solutions
Qualifications
- Chemical Engineer graduated from reputable universities,
- Preferably with minimum 5 years flexible packaging production departments,
- Experienced in technical analysis, reporting, quality control technics, raw material and lean production & management
- Investigate and explore new ideas, demonstrate proof of concept, create new intellectual properties,
- Residence in Kocaeli or Anatolian side of İstanbul.
