QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
INO Networks Group is a premium global agent network organisation for professional freight forwarders and logistics companies. We provide a logistics partnering opportunity to freight forwarders globally, with reputable agents that will increase shipment volume, productivity, sales and marketing activities. INO Networks Group filters freight forwarders and logistics companies, selects the best possible agents and gathers them under strategy-focused groups.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist who are willing to pursue a career in an international company to be employed in İzmir.

Responsibilities:
• Developing a marketing strategy and action plan based on the company vision and expectation,
• Responsible for end-to-end performance digital marketing budget and strategies,
• Managing social media effectively (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube),
• Coordinating development of social media campaigns and increase engagement rate of social media accounts,
• Producing high-quality content (social posts, articles, emails, etc...),
• Creating Google ads campaigns (Keywords, Re-marketing),
• Creating LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube ads campaigns,
• Creating mass e-maling campaigns,
• Maintaining the firm’s marketing databases, utilizing them to produce targeted mailing lists,
• Identifying new market demands using market analysis and other market research techniques,
• Creating content for news, annual meetings, and strive the efficiency of our tools and services in liaise with other departments,
• Monitoring digital platforms during/after marketing campaigns,
• Brainstorming new and creative digital growth strategies,
• Participating with the management team in the new business development planning.
Qualifications:
• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience, 2 years experience in digital marketing/social media,
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal),
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Experience with reporting requirements,
• Excellent corporate and interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal),
• High energy, detail focused, action-oriented, honest and reliable,
• Be competent in solution focused, planned, teamworking and time management issues,
• Able to travel locally and internationally,
• Living in Izmir or ready to live in Izmir.
Working Hours:
09:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00 (Monday-Friday)
09:00-13:00 (Saturday-Periodical)
