§ Having knowledge or interest in communications and marketing, willing to work in these fields
§ Manage all digital assets such as website, digital micro-sites and social media channels
§ Prepare and execute social media strategy and post regular content for Instagram, Facebook and Youtube accounts of our hotel and outlets
§ Present weekly plans and monthly concepts for social media
§ Follow-up the marketing trends and provide suggestions
§ Follow-up best uses of social media on a global basis, having a taste for design
§ Create communication&marketing plan and follow advertising campaigns (also for detailed segmentation on our social media accounts)
§ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
§ Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies
§ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
§ Execute and coordinate all brand and corporate communication&marketing activities regarding the corporate brand strategy,
QUALIFICATIONS
§ University degree in Marketing, Communication or related field, Master’s degree is a plus
§ Minimum 3 years’ of experience in 5-star International Hotel chain
§ Excellent command of Turkish and English
§ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
§ Proficiency in MS Office programs
§ Curious personality, information seeking, willing to learn more
§ Eager to teamwork
§ Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
§ Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
§ Up to date with leading software and technologies (Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
§ Proven experience in leading and managing SEM, SEO, e-mail, web site, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
§ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
§ Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
§ Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
§ Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
§ Ability to work in a multinational thinking brand and designing according to the corporate guidelines
§ Always stays in-the-know, follows the latest design trends and is able to be creative accordingly
§ Personal interest and knowledge in Social Media, especially Instagram-friendly humor
