QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Since 2020, Sigma Group has been providing superior and advanced technology services to its business partners in Turkey and all over the world with its companies and more than 100 employees in the software, investment, marketing, architecture, food and beverage sectors as well as telecommunication.

Roles and Responsibilities;

· Create, execute and improve marketing campaigns from A to Z

· Use all available channels with a holistic and result-oriented approach,

· Manage ads, banners, LPs, videos and affiliate programs efficiently,

· Create, advertise, curate, and manage all published content on Google Ads Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

· Measure, track and report performance of mobile app and web site to take proactive actions thru effective utilization of necessary tools (i.e. Adjust, Google Analytic and other tools), manage and improve performance of online tools

· Coordination with internal and external teams to deliver digital campaign planning, execution, optimisation

· Motivate marketing team members to create marketing initiatives across all digital channels and platforms that drive company and brand business objectives

· Channel-based distribution and management of advertising expenses

· Coordination with Category and Business Development Departments

· Coordinating with CRM unit on digital marketing activities and functions

· Having proficiency at Google Data Studio, Hubspot and Zoho are preferred

· B2B experience is preferred.

Qualifications / Experience;

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 6 years experiences of Digital Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of agency experience
  • Search, Display, Facebook, Affiliate, Programmatic etc. knowledgeable in the management of all digital advertising channels
  • Google Analytics, Bigquery, Firebase, Adjust, Mobile Action etc. have the necessary experience in data / measurement tools usage and analysis processes, experienced in data consolidation
  • Knows the budget management
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly creative and analytical problem solver adept at liaising between teams to drive results.

· Team management experience,

· Experience creating, implementing, measuring and reporting campaign and content performance.

· Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
