QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to work in Marketing and Communications Department of Big Chefs.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree in marketing/digital marketing is a plus
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in Digital Marketing and onine media,
- Experience in social media management, paid social media and digital campaign optimizations
- Strong analytical and communication skills, result oriented, self motivated, hard working, agile and flexible
- Challenging and Influencing Skills – experienced and effective at influencing and challenging team members and agencies.
- Advanced knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, WebMaster, Facebook insights)
- Experience in influencer marketing
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be responsible for end to end Digital and Performance Marketing Strategy, SMM, Online CRM, SEO, Analytics, all digital paid media as a whole with the aim of increasing digital acquisiton and return of ad spent
- Communication with agencies and other departmants in Head Office to define the scope, deliverables and requirements of digital projects resulting in detailed plans.
- Review the quality of the work with the agency and team on a regular basis.
- Monitor performance budget and track digital marketing costs; report cost variances to department manager
- Plan, execute and monitor digital budget spending especially for the display ads.
- A/B testing on the campaigns in order to have a deeper understanding on the target audience behaviours
- Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement tools
- Managing Media and Social Media Agency
- Manage one digital roadmap with close coordination with team and follows up status, mesures results and shares with team members
