Job Description
• Develop and support the social media strategy and activity calendar ensuring alignment with business goals
• Create engaging and innovative content for all relevant social media channels that attract prospective customers and followers
• Responsible for executing posts and campaigns across all social media platforms
• Responsible for growing brand following via social media and for fostering the flow of user-generated content
• Evaluate and report on social media and content KPIs; making recommendations for perfecting content and improving the performance of social media campaigns
• Continually explore new developments in the social media landscape to deliver communication, be it via the latest social media trends, best practices, and modern technologies more effectively
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English
• Strong key knowledge of social media platforms
• Accomplishment of cultivating and growing a loyal customer base via social media platforms
• Strong project management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Must be a positive, organized and motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interest in business, finance is essential
