- Executing digital marketing campaigns across all channels with a goal to grow new customer acquisition and customer retention.
- Executing acquisition campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Monitoring key results of CRM campaigns for each customer segment
- Using key performance indicators (KPIs) to increase productivity and profitability.
- Evaluating and reporting digital marketing KPIs.
- Implementing and managing on site campaigns.
- Managing e-mail marketing strategies. (Email Recommendation, Customer Segmentation)
- Be a “Product Led” person with a great capability of spotting user’s needs and problems to solve and gather customer insights.
- Ability to build strong relationships across the whole team.
- Managing relations and implementing KPI’s for the digital agency
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in setting up, executing, and optimizing SEM and Social Media Ads campaigns with e-commerce objectives and KPIs.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics (Universal/ 4), Google Tag Manager (is a plus) and can set up campaigns on those platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Be highly driven, motivated, smart, ambitious, team-orientated, lifelong learner, analytically versatile and commercially astute.
- Being a ‘get it done’ person is a plus.
