QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Our group companies have been operating in agricultural investment, real estate and agricultural e-commerce for many years. It is necessary to ensure the control of our existing advertising campaigns, to create new advertising campaigns by developing new strategies, reporting and market research.

We need aggressive advertising focused on direct sales rather than brand awareness. Since we are involved in investment activities as a business line, we play a role in a highly competitive and high CPC market. For this reason, it is vital that advertising budgets and campaigns are managed not for clicks, but for customer access and feedback.

In line with this need, we are looking for a "Digital Marketing Specialist" with the following qualifications . The position will be placed in HQ in Ataşehir.


Requirements

  • Degree in relevant faculties of Universities,
  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing,
  • Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing and Strategy,
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media, content management, e-mail marketing, SEM,
  • Experienced in using, preparing, and managing Google AdWords ads,
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Remarketing, SEO and E-mail marketing,
  • Knowledgeable in Facebook Ads FBX, experienced in campaign preparation and management,
  • Able to create digital projects suitable for brand/product briefs,
  • Creating creative ideas and highly interactive contents,
  • Preferably with content editor experience (Ad copy, blog, e-mail content),
  • Fluent in English and Arabic,

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle,
  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs,
  • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to Stakeholders & Top Management,
  • Developing new strategies in digital marketing, social media and mobile marketing, maintaining the company's current advertising campaigns efficiently.
  • Establishing promotional and marketing activities that will increase brand awareness abroad,
  • Developing appropriate advertising strategies for social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Linkedin etc.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Google Adwords, SEO and E-mail marketing,
  • Working closely with our grapich designer and sales departments to identify the needs and direct the studies,
  • Ensuring the correct transfer of communication to the outside in line with the needs and demands of the departments,
  • To follow the innovations and competitors in the sector closely,
  • Developing projects and creating strategies in all digital environments, increasing the brand's presence in this area,
  • Coordinating the brand's market research and projects with internal / external teams (agencies, research firms, etc.), ensuring that the results are analyzed, and determining and managing action plans in line with the results obtained,
  • Analyzing Google Analytics reports and site performance of all digital campaigns and creating action plans,
  • Planning the necessary improvements and developments based on the on-site customer experience,
  • To report the budget channel distributions according to the performance of the digital channels in line with the targets such as profit and customer acquisition.
