QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Digital Marketing & Omnichannel Customer Engagement is contributing to Sanofi Turkey and Levant online presence by providing smart and attractive digital products and services for people, healthcare professionals, and employees with the aim to transform the face of our engagement model.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Omnichannel Platforms Expert to provide tactical execution for our digital platforms including web mastering, support to evolutions and maintenance of digital products. We're looking for a person who is obsessed with quality, eager to learn new technics and who is an exceptional team player to support our customers.
The hired person will be responsible for enabling customer’s facing websites and apps and will promote best practices to enhance the overall user experience within them. Part of the responsibility will also cover the web mastering activities for those engagement platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the delivery of components and features for our platforms by articulating user-stories, writing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure delivery of business value through direct management, and/or in coordination with peers and in liaison with key stakeholder’s priorities.
- Closely work with Global Digital teams to ensure all efforts and projects are on track and well managed.
- Ensure the high-quality of customer-facing digital platforms.
- Coordinate new development requirements and content updates for digital platforms*
- Contribute to improve continuously our digital platform dashboards and key metrics.
- Increase the efficiency and adoption of customer’s facing mobile and web applications,
- Execute project goals and milestones, communicate backlog and roadmap updates, and provide visibility on releases on a regular basis
