Key Requirements

- Proven experience in digital promotion.

The Role
- Responsible for identifying and delivering the approach for digital to meet business objectives and is accountable to develop and execute the overall digital strategy.
- You will work closely with other divisions to ensure the digital strategy is thoroughly developed and clearly integrated with other communications and within the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs, engagement and optimization actions) on monthly base.
- Use customer insight to plan, deliver and review social media campaigns, alongside other communication channels, ensuring reach, customer acquisition, engagement and ROI.
- Manage design and copywriting. (outsourcing where needed)
- Ensure compliance with our company website development, maintenance requirements and guidelines.
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet. Analyze key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Provide regular digital and social media insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
