QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Business Development Executive, we are looking for a Digital Solutions Expert who aims to add value to his/her career with our highly motivated Marketing and Strategy Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field preferably Computer Engineering,
- Will perform as the Single Point of Contact for IT subjects; defining technological requirements, coordinate business analysis, development and test processes (full stack),
- Experienced in designing data architecture, building data infrastructure, coding, software development, mobile application development, API integrations,
- Experience in managing team composed of business analyst, tester, software developer,
- Preferably experienced in both big corporates and start-ups,
- Driven team player.
Job Description
- Assessment, design and implementation of all technological requirements; data architecture, analytical blue-print, coding, business analysis, development (back-end, front-end), test, data integration with vendor systems,
- Researching start-up eco-system and ready to use solutions with other work streams which would speed up the technological development phase and also add value,
- Mutually charing AgeSA Exco and Steerco meetings with Marketing & Operations workstream,
- Understand the client needs and translate said needs into actionable requirements,
- Develop, document and maintain complex business models,
- Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders,
- Conduct business process analysis utilizing an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment, in support of strategic initiatives,
- Define and document internal and external user interfaces and support systems.
