- Graduated from the Engineering / Economics / Business Administration departments of reputable universities,
- Preferably with 2 years of work experience,
- Advanced verbal and written knowledge of English,
- Taken an active role in technology projects and is experienced in project management,
- Preferably knowledgeable in process modeling and project documentation,
- Competent in digital literacy, curious about new technology and digital solutions, open to learning about digital processes,
- High communication, cooperation, teamwork and planning skills,
- Planning the career process in the field of digital transformation.
We are looking for “Digital Transformation Specialist” who can work in a collaborative, enjoyable and hard-working environment of FLO Retail.
- Project Management
- Monitoring and periodically reporting the progress of digital transformation projects in line with the determined targets,
- Modeling new needs and use-cases that will arise in digital transformation projects in accordance with company strategies,
- Digital Design
- Determining the digital transformation needs of the company within the framework of the company's digital transformation vision and strategies,
- Contributing to the use of the right technologies, legal compliance checks and audits of digital solutions,
- Researching new digital use-cases and business models, examining innovative digital solutions ,linking-up with start-ups and evaluating these opportunities with business units,
- Digital Interaction
- Contributing to the formation of cultural diffusion by sharing digital transformation studies throughout the company,
- Establishing and coordinating internal-external communication plans within the scope of digital transformation goals and roadmap,
- Coordinating external partner relations within the digital ecosystem of FLO.
