QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
BuKafa Media Agency is seeking a Digital Strategist Specialist who will be tasked with developing and reporting on digital communication strategies. Ideal candidates for this position should be data-savvy and develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support our internal teams and realize our clients’ objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Inform and direct our creative and social media teams for campaign strategies by providing data insights and competitor/market analyses.
• Monitor brands’ performance in social media and ensure meeting clients’ campaign goals against the KPIs. Prepare weekly and monthly reports based on social media & web performance metrics.
• Follow social media and digital trends at both national and global scales and guide the social media, creative, and design teams on the best practices and trends. Contribute to the agency blog by producing short content on the latest trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Fluency in English
• A strong analytical mindset, a passion for learning and doing research
• Being well-versed in interpreting, visualizing, and analyzing data.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PPT
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt to a fast-paced and client-focused environment
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital/social strategy or a similar role.
