Your Profile
/ University degree in related departments,
/ Fluent English knowledge is a must, German is an asset,
/ Good coordination and communication skill,
/ Team management and leadership skills are required

/ Telephone calls, business and visitor management travel management (Request Forms and Expenses)
/ Arrange meetings, video conferences, invitations, and telco's
/ Coordinate and obtain the communication between the departments
/ Do the regular written reports and documentation support the management team with a regular management-report
/ Support and execute small organizational projects regarding organization/structure
