/ To ensurethe PRF internal standards are up to date andregulations are implemented into projects, series,and innovation processesefficiently and the applicationof TRM methodologies (FMEA / DRBFM /TRAsT / 8D) andcontinuous improvement of the process
/ Ensure uniform standards for technical riskmanagement by cross-organizational coordination & qualification management and Implementation ofnew DE methods in the coolingdevelopment center
/ Coordination, controlling,and supporting theresource planning andmaking/improving analysis& reportings
/ To manageReverse Engineering activities;tear down & analyze competitive devices with regard to manufacturing costs, technical solutions (e.g. state of the art "Safety)
/ To manageorganizational competence matrix, monitor personalgap analyses fortechnical skill levels,and ensure thecreation & implementation ofindividual development plans
Your Profile
/ Bachelors or master's degree, in engineering (Mechanicalor Industrial)
/ Minimum 5 years of working experience is preferred and 2+ years of leading experience as a group, project, orfunction leader
/ Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
/ Knowledge of MS Office and having planning &organizational abilities
/ Good level of communication and delegationskills and being multi-taskingand customer-oriented
