QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities

/ Manages and plans regional products and -if assigned- global products: develop product line strategy, initiate platform and evolution projects
/ Participates in product development projects as product owner from beginning to the end
/ Manages new product definition and product phase-out processes: consults in range definition, reviews new product requests(feasibility, cost, timeline) and translates into order, tracks performances of the products in the market and takes necessary actions accordingly
/ Manages product changes and informations: coordinates with marketing and factory teams
/ Ensure market conformity, competitiveness and norm compliance of products and investigate future opportunities
Your Profile
/ University degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronical, Industrialetc.).MSc. in business administrationor comparable departments is an asset
/ Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
/ Strong analytical skills, assertiveness, strong personal initiative, capability to moderate cross functional teams, high self-motivation and structured way of working
/ Understanding of and interest in complex technical products
