QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Process Analysis Specialist with the following qualifications bellow who will work in the factory of YKK, an international Japanese company operating in the production of textile accessories, located in Cerkezkoy Organized Industrial Zone.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or related discipline,
- Preferable at least 1-3 years experience in similar role,
- In order to increase efficiency, excited and motivated to design or redesign a process and/or function with the support of information technologies,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team with business units,
- Ability to understand and find appropriate solutions for issues,
- Capability to work with strict deadlines,
- Very good communication and presentation skill,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications and basic knowledge about process automation,
- Must have completed the military service for male candidates,
- Those who reside / can reside in Cerkezkoy, Kapakli, Saray or Corlu.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Meeting with clients to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business.
- Conducting site visits to analyze equipment and established processes.
- Interviewing staff and management to determine the efficacy of personal.
- Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.
- Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
- Creating and presenting process reports for client approval.
- Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
- Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.
- Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.
