Job Description
- Manage and check production planning and management on a weekly basis via production forecast and analysis of each product.
- Manage to analyze causes of overall issues in order to accomplish production goals and manage improvement strategies
- Programming SMD string, assembly and test processes
- To optimize production machine lines as capacity and efficiency
- Process monitoring and reporting
- Monitors and reports the key performance indicators of the department and takes necessary actions according to the results.
- Responsible for introducing products into production based on predefined KPI's
- Take part in primary KPI improvement studies and related actions to maintain a sustainable process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- More than 7 years in working at production management
- More than 5 years in SMD operation (Mobile production is plus)
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills
- Experienced in SMD technology and management
- Self-motivated and team player
- Analytical, result oriented, good time management skills
- ISO 9001 Standard and knowledgeable in their applications
