Your Responsibilities

/ Management of Consumer Centricity team ,to ensure and coordinate collaboration with related Consumer Centricity teams and cross-functional groups
/ Development/Improvement of processes for consumer centricity team to analyse customer expectations, field tests and user/usage habits; iteratively optimize thoseideas and concepts and to support Requirement EngineeringProcess
/ Coordination/Management of cooking performance related features for mechanical and electronic cooking appliances including parameter setting and automatic programming.
/ Assurance of all testing activities are according to BSH guidelines and international standarts toensure proper declaration.
/ Supporting product(pre-)development and innovation activities, to follow international events and development in Food Technologies, Foodhealthy and Cleaning Technologies and coordination/collaboration with Universities and Institutes to improve innovation in related areas.
Your Profile
/ Bachelors or master degree in engineering, preferably food or chemical engineering
/ Minimum 5 years’ experience as R&D Lab. Engineer and food technology.
/ Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
/ Good communication and activity planning skills
/ Customer oriented approach and Open-mindedness for new ideas and challenges
