QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Extensive knowledge of Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, Room Service and Stewarding operational procedures
- Knowledge of banqueting and event management operations
- Extensive knowledge in areas of menu planning, food safety and budgeting
- Knowledge of food and beverage health laws
- Knowledge of hotel laws governing operations
- Result oriented, strong persuasion skills
- Creative and able to follow job literature, news and applications
- Develops a Food and Beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy
- Able to develop and execute sales focused projects
- Ability in following up daily and long term agendas
- Ability in adapting brand standard perspectives to work rapidly
- Develops and maintains Food and Beverage goals
- University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management preferred
- Strong computer skills including “Opera” and “Micros” systems knowledge
- Strong organization, planning and communication skills
- Success in team management, development and motivation
- Residing at European side of Istanbul
- Minimum 3 years experience as a similar position in 5 star international hotels
- Advanced English communication skills
- No military obligation for male candidates
