2. -Good communication skill in Informing, Reporting and Consultation

3. -Basic Knowledge of mathematics like cost calculation

4. -Intermediate user of MS Office Application

5. -Minimum 3 year Work Experience inSales Support Function

JOB DESCRIPTION

Import or Purchase related work

1. Prepare Purchase Order sheet, Shipping Documents

2. Input purchase order on SAP system

3. Contact with custom broker, follow up to complete import process

4. Arrange the payment to supplier

5. Update import schedule

Stock Operation

1. Check stocks amount with warehouses and SAP system

2. Periodical Inventory check

3. Prepare reconciliation of warehouse balance sheet

4. Check Inventory application

5. Arrange repacking of products

Sales & FX related task

1. Create Sales order on SAP

2. Check credit limit for every delivery

3. Make FX reservation for each sales/purchase contract

4. Coordination between treasury team

5. Support month end FX-position control

Regulatory related work

1. Follow up the each registration process

2. Prepare documentations, MOH applications

3. Support customers with relevant regulatory documentation

4. Collect required information checking relevant website

5. Report monthly related tender

Risk Management related task

1. Support to prepare credit applications for customers, inventory and anticipatory application

2. Check and control Sales on Credit and Sales Contract amount

3. Follow the account receivable and collect receivables in time

4. Prepare payment action report

Other secretarial work in the related department

1. Arrange hotel, car for guests, Business trip settlement, Arrange cargo, Sample sending

2. Making vouchers, debit note and invoice
