QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Definition
Our company founded in 1948, in Switzerland and has been internationally active in grain and fertilizers. We employ more than 5000 people worldwide and annually sell sixteen million tons of fertilizers, ten million tons of grains and sizeable volumes of petrochemicals. As a leading company in these sectors in the World we have regional offices on all five continents.Our aim is to educate fresh graduate for following scope of the work in our Istanbul office located in Anatolian side.
- Execution of purchase and sale contracts
- Vessel nomination and appropriation
- Daily contact with inspection, local agents, service providers and vendors and customers
- Shipments and operations follow-up
- Prepare and check letters of credit and ensure follow-up
- Demurrage and laytime calculation
- Issue and control customer invoices
- Book, control and validate for payment vendors invoices
- Daily update and fill the internal files and ERP
- Results follow up and costs reconciliation with Trading and Accounting
Qualifications
- 4 years university degree ( Business Administration, International Relations,International Trade, Foreign Trade, Chemical Engineering)
- New graduated or up to 2 years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language, second language as German or French is preferable
- Good planning, organisational and administrative skills
- Strong ability to face pressure and respect deadlines
- Proactive and open-minded personality, ability and willingness to learn
- Competent and comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
- Team-player, dynamic, flexible, hardworking and eager to go to the extra mile
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
