Qualifications
- University degree from related areas
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 7 years of foreign trade operation experience (preferably in bulk and container)
- Good knowledge of ERP, Office Programs
- Ability to reason logically and deliver under pressure
- Willingness to learn and share ideas towards improving working methods
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to different environments and changing markets
- Managing time efficiently and prioritizing effectively
- Having no restrictions to travel
Job Description
- Execution of import, export, transit, inward processing regime and freezone processes with related parties such as custom brokers, transport companies, survey companies
- Providing necessary document sets to customers in time, as per document instrucitions
- Proceeding needed payment methods such as LC, CAD, etc
- Being familiar to supporting subjects as accounting, finance, etc
- Carrying out the operation in coordination with other departments of the company, preparation and presentation of necessary reports
- Complete and timely ERP data entries
