QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Must have a bachelor's degree preferably in Pharmacy Department or International Trade, Business Management, Science, Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in export field (Preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry)
  • Knowledge of Export & Import operations and Finance is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Arabic
  • Passionate, result-oriented and able to stay positive in times of challenge
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, be flexible and work under stress and pressure,
  • High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues
  • Lead operational excellence processes
  • Prone to teamwork and able to work collaboratively
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal, dynamic, creative and analytical skills,
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and be able to work well within a team environment, third-party service providers and colleagues
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Valid driving license and no obstacle to travel in Turkey and abroad
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conducting sales and marketing activities for pharmaceutical, OTC, food supplements and medical products
  • Identifying and addressing business opportunities with current and prospective customers via local or international suppliers
  • Working with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives
  • Preparing export report on country and customer basis
  • Designing & executing growth plans in export countries
  • Researching foreign markets through trade portals and other channels to find new contacts
  • Planning route to market model for new potential countries making regular travel programs, reporting and finalizing them
  • Following market trends & competition
  • Following up the whole process from order placement and payment to final delivery to the customer
  • Attending local and international trade shows, exhibitions and B2B meetings and representing the company
  • Achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Building a bridge between head of the department and team / internal departments to coordinate for daily business activities
  • Consolidating and analyzing the information to supervise the team
  • Assisting management with process and productivity improvement efforts
  • Monitoring customer and team progress on assigned tasks to ensure project schedules are maintained
  • Operate all business transactions in an ethical manner.
