- Conducting sales and marketing activities for pharmaceutical, OTC, food supplements and medical products
- Identifying and addressing business opportunities with current and prospective customers via local or international suppliers
- Working with the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives
- Preparing export report on country and customer basis
- Designing & executing growth plans in export countries
- Researching foreign markets through trade portals and other channels to find new contacts
- Planning route to market model for new potential countries making regular travel programs, reporting and finalizing them
- Following market trends & competition
- Following up the whole process from order placement and payment to final delivery to the customer
- Attending local and international trade shows, exhibitions and B2B meetings and representing the company
- Achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Building a bridge between head of the department and team / internal departments to coordinate for daily business activities
- Consolidating and analyzing the information to supervise the team
- Assisting management with process and productivity improvement efforts
- Monitoring customer and team progress on assigned tasks to ensure project schedules are maintained
- Operate all business transactions in an ethical manner.
