QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equilavent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Grain or Food Sector
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing and high-pressure environment
- Advanced English level both of written and spoken
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Located in Istanbul
- Male candidates should have no Military obligations
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for daily execution of bulk commodities
- Ensure coordination between surveyor, port agents, customs brokers, freight & finance & logistic departments
- Managing sales & purchase contracts
- Following invoices & payments of suppliers/buyers
- Following execution of domestic/international tenders
- Following data entries of sales & purchase contracts on ERP System
- Following domestic/international regulations & sanctions
- Knowledge at GAFTA/FOSFA/ANEC terms & contracts
- Solving customers/suppliers requests quickly and efficiently as possible
