Foreign Trade Representative
We are looking for a Foreign Trade Representative to support our international business in Foreign Trade Department.
Qualifications
University degree preferably in Engineering Departments
At least 2 years of experience in international sales and procurement departments
Knowledge and experience in export / import custom and transport operations
Excellent knowledge of English is essential
Strong communication, relationship building, co-ordination skills
Self motivated and team oriented
No restriction for travelling
Completion of military service for male candidates
Good command of MS Office Applications (especially Excel)
Resident in Ankara
Job Description
Preparing price and cost calculations and actively utilizing sales, understanding and meeting customer expectations and involving all related departments in the sale operations
Finding new customers & new markets, conducting meetings with prospective customers
Reporting the production status to customers, taking active part in providing Customer service
Tracking sales and procurement payments; bank guarantees, letter of credits etc.
Following up on the transportation and customs of import / export operations
Ensuring timely and correct preparation of custom documentation
Negotiating with customers/suppliers in determining contract conditions, prices and other terms
Reporting all sales, procurement and transportation activities to his/her manager
