QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


About You

To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Engineering or relevant engineering departments
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in water or food industry, production processes and quality improvement
  • Experience and practical knowledge in implementation of various quality and food safety principles throughout the supply chain and customers.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Good team player, structural thinking and professional approach towards customers and factory teams
  • Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of SAP



JOB DESCRIPTION


About The Job

In the context of your job, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance directly to functions to ensure E2E chain are met with the customer expectations.
  • Develop and ensures that implementation of quality & food safety and monitoring programs to meet both Danone and regulatory standards on supply chain value.
  • Implementation and managerial support of quality food safety programs and interface with call center, supply chain and sales to meet consumer expectations.
  • Oversee and monitor food safety & quality program implementation, conducts inspections of our warehouses, distributors’ and scored them for continuous improvement and reports to relevant functions.
  • Carry out the regular audits, and planning the corrective actions, reporting to the related functions and support them with the mitigation or action plans for ensuring compliance and assisting with adherence to the proper Quality & food Safety level.
  • Direct and facilitate in development of training programs, conduct the trainings of sales, distributors, consumers, logistics teams.
  • Actively support the vision, culture, core values, ethics, and goals of quality and food safety culture.
  • Support team for the new design and productivity projects to ensure the right quality & food safety according to supply chain plans and expectations.
  • Support marketing, call center and sales team to improve their knowledge of product and storage quality & food safety conditions.
  • Manage and plan the field visit regarding to bulk complaints occurs and work with functions for the root-causes.
