In this role you will;
- Managing consumer & customer complaints
- Working closely with the global and local quality teams to drive the necessary actions
- Representing Turkey in the global consumer feedback project
- Providing quality content support to the consumer marketing teams
- Representing Consumer Service in the crisis team
- Complaint management with global & local targets and procedures
To be able to successful in the role, you need to;
- University degree in Food Engineering
- 1 year of experience in quality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Client oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good level of using MS Office programs
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
