Key Accountabilities
· To realize the market analyze via tools as Euromonitor, Gira etc. and finalize the annual market size study
· To follow up closely competitors and their product and pricing approaches and to take initiative the necessary action accordingly
· To follow up global and local market researches in order to evaluate consumers’ patisserie preferences and trends
· To launch products, product groups and/or concepts according to Group’s global and local strategies by leading and implementing pre and post launch process
· To analyse frequently the performance of products and according to results, to realize marketing activations as relaunch, promotions, campaigns that will help to improve the sales and the profitability
· To check the profitability of products and process actions required to optimize SKU management
· To make quality/price index benchmarks with R&D for top sellers and take necessary actions
· To have close collaboration with R&D and purchasing departments to track cost efficiency and supply process
· To follow up customer complaints and support the process driven by QC
· To organize activations with Trade Marketing Manager by following the sell-out data of distributors
· To visit customers and distributors to analyse the market and their needs
· To follow very closely projects of industrial, semi-industrial, retail and food service customers and support the sales team
· To support all digitalization process of commercial and marketing activations in line with global and local strategies
· To support Communication Manager during the design of digital marketing activities related to products
· To be the part of the leading teams during seminars, exhibitions, distributors meetings and customer innovation days
· To realize product trainings to the Sales team and Technical Advisors
· To organize agenda of Marketing Technical Advisors
· To exchange the information with Product Managers of Business Units in Headquarter
Profile
· University degree in food, chemical engineering, or business administration
· MBA preferred
· 5+ years of product management experience in food sector preferably in FMCG
· Intensive competency of the digital marketing and process digitalization
· Strong analytical and synthesis skills including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.
· Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Creative thinker with a vision
· Excellent people management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
· High level proficiency in all communication skills in English
· This position requires domestic and international travel to customer and potential sites up to 20 percent
