Qualifications
v 3+ years of previous experience in sales analyzing - controlling / finance environment
v Bachelor's Degree from Administrative Sciences/Economics
v Highly motivated and ambitious for a dynamic work environment
v Strong interpersonal & communication skills
v Ability to manage multiple projects while respecting deadlines
v Advanced Excel skills, proficient PowerPoint knowledge and additional computer competency
v Fluent in English
v Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge is an asset
Responsibilities
v Provides analysis and proactively addresses all items that impact the achievement of sales
v Coordinate monthly sales/operation forecasts to sustain high level of service quality
v Preparing annual sales budgets, quarterly forecasts, business plans
v Ensures the accuracy and clarity of reported results, commercial databases, and presentations within agreed deadlines
v Reporting monthly variances between actual and budgeted figures, collaborating with all internal stakeholders to secure channel KPI targets
v Developing and maintaining templates, reports, documents, databases using Digital Tools to improve efficiency
