MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Develop, prepare, demonstrate application concepts to customers that clearly demonstrate functional and sensory benefits (fit for customer purpose)
· Develop and perform customer workshops in house and on the road
· Prepare and perform sensory evaluation including statistical analysis
· Prepare and develop creative concepts
· Prepare and ship product and application samples
· Maintain and build Studio equipment and operation for safety, efficacy, and efficiency, incl standard operating protocols, data, reporting
· Maintain and develop skills and expertise to support developments in- and externally
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· A university degree in food science, food technology or in Gastronomy of the universities
· 1-2 years of application experience in confectionery and bakery manufacturers
· Advanced English skills and other languages (Arabic) will be a plus
· Diligent approach to projects and related tasks in terms of preparation, execution, reporting
· Professional use of kitchen and lab equipment, in-house as well as on-site at customer
