We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Lead Technical Trainer who loves to share and teach what they know at VeriPark. We are currently working from home during Covid-19 Pandemic.
Key Responsibilities
· Create technical training materials for VeriPark’s D365 based product’s.
· Deliver classroom (international) and web training.
· Provide the material for the eLearning content builders.
· Setup and manage exercise environments.
· Collaborate with product and project teams.
Desirables
· Experience with Developing Dynamics 365.
· Experience with Deploying & managing Dynamics 365.
· Experience working in an agile team developing applications for 365.
Key Skills & Technologies
· Experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, CE 365 - online and on premise
· Experience on Configuration and Customisation, Workflows/Custom Workflow Activity, Plug-Ins on Dynamics CRM
· Knowledge on Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate
· Experience on ASP.NET, C#, and MS SQL programming
· Knowledge on Azure LogicApps, Azure Functions
· Experience on JavaScript code structure of Dynamics CRM
· Advising customers on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
Having Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification is an advantage.
