Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates competence in the areas of critical thinking, interpersonal relationships, and technical skills.
- Demonstrates accountability in delivering assigned task.
- Provides assistance by working on any project, as needed, and supports all Enterprise Analytic initiatives.
- Demonstrates overall ability to meet departmental deadlines.
- Demonstrates outstanding communication skills to translate reporting request in order to accurately meet the needs of the requestor[s]
- Help develop process enhancements within and cross-functional team that drive efficiency, productivity and standardization.
- Lead the planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, support and evaluation of business intelligence application and reports.
- Participate in team, department, and company meetings.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of reports and taking corrective action to optimize or improve the performance of the reports when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates superior oral and written communication, organization and time-management skills.
- 3 years’ experience as analyst. Analyzing complex data systems and validating data based on supporting queries or external data sources
- Experience with a variety of data formats to access, import, extract, transform, and transfer or load data.
- Experience in SQL or other comparable programming language, preferably in a large, complex healthcare environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience working with MS Access, Excel, BO Crystal Reports, Webi, and or QlikView.
- Knowledge and experience of database management technologies.
- Demonstrates expertise in database building, maintenance, and reporting.
- Proficiency with MS Office products.
- Possess the personal characteristics of professionalism, credibility, commitment to high standards, innovation, discriminating judgment and accountability.
