QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Industrial/Management Engineering departments),
    • 5+ years professional experience in logistics, process improvement / design, lean practices and operational excellence projects,
    • Deep expertise about logistics flows; experience in planning, developing and executing complex processes; strong analytical and quantitative skills (passion for process flows, metrics, figures and cost analysis),
    • Strong communication and leadership skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage senior relationships; ability to influence project participants and 3PLs,
    • Experienced in data and cost analysis by conducting feasibility studies,
    • Strong analytical and exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal); excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical teams and 3PLs,
    • Senior level presentation skills (both preparing and presenting),
    • Open to new approaches and new ideas,
    • Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environment,
    • Fluent in verbal and written English.


    We are looking for “E-Com & International Logistics Business Development Executive” who can work in our FLO Team;

    • Work cross-departmentally to identify and facilitate operational improvement projects
    • Execute multi-year continuous improvement plans with other departments to track progress
    • Execute continuous improvement pipeline with the regional management teams, including the selection, tracking, and running of operations
    • Identify methodological problems, raise awareness and take action for its solution.
    • Provide continuous feedback and follow up in regard to operational guidelines, product, and system developments
    • Work with all levels of the organization to influence change
    • Execute complex, high-priority improvement projects
    • Maintain a KPI based reporting structure; analyze data from operational systems
    • Monitor, identify, evaluate and implement new business models and new trends
    • Undertake the interface function between business units and IT to transform the business needs and requirements into automation and digitalization
    • Support logistics teams and departments for efficiency and performance measurement
    • Monitor annual budget and able to create alarm mechanism for unexpected results.
