QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university ( preferably in Engineering field),
  • At least 5 years experienced (preferably in retail),
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • MS Office, ERP Softwares (especially logistic modules)
  • Have enough proficiency about the internet and social media,
  • B level driver’s licence and able to drive actively,
  • Knowledge of customer experience, e-commerce operations and project management,
  • Highly analytical problem solver, solution oriented, responsible and successful in time management,
  • Result oriented and team player,
  • Paying attention to details
  • Ready to adapt change & open to continuous improvement
  • Strong planning, organization, coordination and facilitation skills,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the daily B2C operations of our market place business and web shops – from customer order-to delivery incl. returns
  • Steer and manage external fulfillment providers in daily operations
  • Responsible for monitoring the processes, the related IT systems and interfaces incl. 1st level problem solving
  • Contribute the development of long-and short-range objectives for e-commerce fullfilment operations
  • Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of operations to ensure that products conform to customer and quality standards.
  • Review performance against operating plans and standards; provides reports on the interpretation of results
  • Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost. Drive their initiation and support their implementation
  • Negotiate agreements with vendors and collaboration partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners in order to optimize supply effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles.
  • Control and approval the costs and invoices arising from the operations.
  • Coach and lead his/her team to deliver best outcomes for projects to deliver a seamless customer experience,
  • Management of e-commerce related customer service enquiries,
  • Foundational understanding of the consumer’s shopping journey and site.
