QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist who will manage online store in online market places including main website pricing and selling strategies.

The desired candidate will work on the entire range of e-commerce activities of our brand with the initial focus on exploring new opportunities and growing with marketplaces.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Graduate degree,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce (health and beauty or apparel industry is highly appreciated),
  • A high understanding of current trends and topics within e-commerce channels,
  • Experience in sales over local and global e-commerce platforms (Trendyol, Amazon, Hepsiburada, n11 etc.),
  • Experience in e-commerce management(website is a plus),
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • High motivation and prioritizing multiple projects,
  • Being pro-active, analytic, team player, well organized,

  • Strong communication skills,

Job Description:

  • Managing and supervising the E-commerce to achieve sales and revenue targets,
  • Developing and implementing the online strategy in line with set targets and goals,
  • Analyzing market trends, creating competitive strategies,
  • Coordinating the preparation of weekly / monthly reports on all online activities,

  • Finding new opportunities and new markets in line with the company’s expansion strategy,
  • Keeping online stores up to date of relevant products, campaigns,working collaboratively with Marketing and Design teams to develop marketing cadence and campaigns, videos, and images,
  • Keeping online stores up to date of relevant products, campaigns with updated imagery and banners, new in products, regularly updated category pages,
  • Increasing the volume of e-commerce sales by identifying possible opportunities,
  • Developing e-commerce marketplace strategies, make agreements and follow processes,
  • Developing initiatives and campaigns to meet key online marketplace KPI goals including revenue and ROI,
