Bachelor’s degree or higher,
4 to 12 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce and product or program management,
Advanced English skills,
A good understanding for sales, marketing and customer success functions,
Knowledgeable of the E-Commerce landscape, especially as it relates to affiliate models, affiliate networks or sub-networks
Create and execute comprehensive workflow, project plans, schedules, resource plans and etc.
Continuously searching for new vendors, products, and sub-categories to further develop the business and increase customer satisfaction
Manage all online activities in relation to traffic-new customer acquisition, sales, conversion, campaign management, digital marketing and reporting
Skilled in E-Commerce Marketplace especially Amazon FBA and FBM
Strong communication skills to keep continuous contact with suppliers and 3rd party providers,
Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Own promotional activities including planning, launch, post-event analysis of spend, ROI analysis
Continual improvement of systems & processes
