QUALIFICATIONS
· University graduate, preferably in Engineering
· From 4 years to 7 years full time work experience in management consultancy or strategy departments in top-tier companies,
· Retail sector experience is preferred,
· Excellent command in English (second language would be an asset),
· Strong analytical and structured thinking skills,
· Ability to work in multiple projects with cross functional teams,
· Excellent communication skills,
· Proficiency in Ms Office applications.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team on strategic topics to deliver high-quality insights and make impactful recommendations.
- Following market research and sector trends and lead market research projects related to market environment, competitor benchmarking and comparative statistics.
- Conducting complex analyses to generate insights from data and developing business cases to enlighten business opportunities,
- Developing growth strategy scenarios related to geographical expansion plans, go-to market strategies, customer and portfolio strategies, etc.,
- Providing support to management team in strategic decisions,
- Working with strategy team to establish a project portfolio, aiming at the success of strategic decisions,
- Reviewing the corporate performance program of the company and working closely with internal stakeholders to take actions if necessary.
- Support strategic initiatives from the analytical anda execution standpoint
- Measure progress against goals, be aware of gaps and the plans to bridge them and facilitate management discussions and decisions
