We are looking for a "E-Commerce Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “FMCG”.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce sector,
  • Universities preferably Economics, Business and Engineering etc. graduated from departments
  • To be able to use MS Office programs effectively, to be able to report,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Proficient in reporting and analysis tools,
  • To have strong communication and listening skills, and to be prone to teamwork,
  • We are looking for a teammate who has an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a solution and result-oriented mindset.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The website&marketplace sales performance and operations in our growing organization.
  • Follow up the marketplace integration process
  • Manage the marketplace vendor panel screens and operation, entering the products and organizing and following the detailed information about the products (image, content, feature, price, promotion, etc.) and campaigns,
  • Regularly check product stock follow-ups, preparing sales forecasts and demand planning
  • Managing all process in close coop with marketplaces, supporting the preparation of the campaign calendar by planning weekly/monthly/yearly campaigns and special day actions.
  • Managing customer questions by keeping in touch with the relevant departments and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Daily, weekly, monthly monitoring and reporting of category and product sales performance, taking actions to improve performance,
  • Monitoring and taking action on all operation processes and KPIs in continuous communication with logistics teams,
  • Monitor daily after-sales operations in communication with Operation manager and other departments (Logistics, finance, customer services,) in line with KPIs and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous analysis of the after-sales operation process in line with KPIs and developing the process and system together with the operation team
